Basic Policy
APAMAN Corporation and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), under the management philosophy of "making it our business to delight our customers," aim to provide customers with safe, secure, and high-quality services. At the same time, we consider it an important corporate responsibility to ensure that the character and dignity of each employee are respected, and to maintain a workplace that is mentally and physically safe and comfortable to work in.
In order to further improve our services, we regard opinions and requests from customers as extremely valuable. However, in the unlikely event that a customer engages in words, actions, or demands that go beyond what is considered socially acceptable (customer harassment), we will respond firmly as an organization in order to protect an environment in which employees can work with peace of mind and to maintain the quality of our services.
Examples of Conduct That Constitutes Customer Harassment
Customer harassment refers to opinions or requests from customers, or specific words and actions expressing them, that lack validity in their content, or whose means or manner are socially inappropriate, and that may harm the working environment of employees.
- Assault, injury, property damage, and violent language or behavior
- Abusive language, threats, intimidation, and other overbearing words or actions that cause fear
- Demands to kneel or to make other excessive apologies
- Insults, slander, discriminatory remarks, and defamation (including those on social media and the internet)
- Prolonged phone calls, detention, and repeated identical demands that interfere with business operations
- Remaining at a store, office, or similar premises for a prolonged period
- Unreasonable demands for a response outside business hours, on holidays, or late at night or early in the morning
- Unauthorized entry into work areas, and summoning employees outside the company
- Photographing or recording employees without permission, and posting their personal information on social media or the internet
- Demands for disclosure of an employee's personal information
- Stalking, obscene acts, indecent language, and sexual harassment
- Excessive demands that exceed the legitimate scope of services or social norms
- Demands for money or an apology without legitimate reason
- Demands or behavior while under the influence of alcohol or otherwise unable to communicate normally

Policy for Responding to Customer Harassment
If an incident constituting customer harassment occurs, we may refuse to provide our services. In addition, where the conduct is illegal under applicable laws, contracts, terms, or similar rules, or is otherwise malicious, we will respond firmly, including reporting the matter to the police and taking legal measures.
The above measures are taken to protect the safety and health of our employees and to provide appropriate services to many customers. We kindly ask for your understanding.
