Oct 1998 Koji Omura and several managers of the major leasing management industry decide the theme once a month and tackle research. The research was aimed at franchise chaining real estate leasing shops nationwide based on a unified brand aiming at qualitative improvements and IT in the real estate leasing intermediary industry.
Oct 1999 Establishment of Apamanshop Network of formula company established in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo with capital 58,000 thousand yen Fukuoka branch opened in Fukuoka City Hakata-ku
